Park Avenue Fine Wines

It was an honor to work on Portland’s iconic Esquire Building. The building was originally built in 1907 as a hotel and was subsequently home to Brasserie Montmartre for many years.
Park Avenue Fine Wines now occupies the 8,500 square foot street front and lower level spaces. Working with two of Portland’s most saavy wine entrepreneurs (who happen to own PAFW), we designed the retail space and wine bar on the main level, and an exclusive members area and event space on the lower level. The idea was to show off the materials of the original building and add some new ones to create an environment that is both warm and sleek. Oh....and the wines.
