Our clients run the gamut from young families creating a comfortable environment to live with extended family, artists creating a customized workspaces, empty nesters who want to downsize, and others who want to take advantage of a healthy rental market.

New residences and residential remodels involve a design process that is necessarily collaborative. Each project is a combined effort between the client, the designer and the builder. The outcome should be the realization of the client’s dream. Our goal, at the end of the day, is that you simply feel at home.

A lot of our commercial work can be categorized as small commercial in building size, but the projects themselves are fairly complex. The majority of them involve buildings built in the late 1890’s or early 1900’s that have either been vacant or utterly neglected.

A unique characteristic of our practice is our ability to fabricate certain elements of a project ourselves. Examples have included unusual built-in storage, countertops, original windows and doors and unique stairways.

Kitchens and baths have more demands on them than any other rooms in a home. Not only do these spaces need to provide specific functions for the people that occupy them, they also need to house a ton of stuff in a comfortable and logical way.

We create stained glass windows and panels which are tailored to meet our client’s desires and needs. Our leaded glass studio works in conjunction with our building design studio where we can create a variety of wood frames to house any window.
