Woodlawn Coffee & Pastry
This 1890 building located in the historic Woodlawn triangle was in shambles. The full design renovation of this building included 2 generous and light filled apartments upstairs and a new cafe space on the ground level. The building was gutted, fire protected, beefed up and spiffed up for its new life. The street facade was restored using early photos as reference. The building is home to Woodlawn Coffee & Pastry and, consequently, home to a cornucopia of delicious baked delights.
